I disagree.
You understand that I have been permanently banned by a forum moderator without notice, and therefore I no longer have access to my data?
If this permanent ban was made in error then there is no need to delete anything.
However,
if I am no longer able to access my data, posts profile etc. I request you delete everything from my Forum account including any quotes by other forum users referencing my posts.
Blackmagic Design sells products internationally, they must comply with strict global privacy regulations—including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Since I am based in the UK, my request is legally protected under the UK GDPR's Right of Access (Data Subject Access Request) and the Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten). Organizations have a strict window of one calendar month to comply once an official request is made.
Now if an overzealous Moderator was having a bad day and banned me I will accept their apology and we can stop here however, if this is not the case, Consider my 'Right to Erasure' request started from today...
